On Monday 17th November 2025, we had the incredible privilege of attending the Great British Entrepreneur Awards finals at Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Mayfair — an event often described as “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship.” With over 1,500 attendees and more than 800 finalists recognised across every industry and region of the UK, the evening was a true celebration of innovation, purpose, and resilience in business.
We were honoured to be shortlisted in the Global Entrepreneur of the Year category — and although we didn’t take home a trophy, we left feeling deeply inspired, grateful, and proud to have been part of something so special.
A Room Full of Purpose and Passion
What struck us most about the evening wasn’t the scale of the venue or the high-profile names in the room — it was the people. We shared a table with some incredible entrepreneurs, including a recipient of an MBE and another who had recently received a King’s Award. Yet what stood out more than their accolades was how genuine, grounded, and community-focused they all were.
Award nights can sometimes feel a little formal or disconnected, but this was the complete opposite. From the very first conversation, there was warmth, humour, and connection. We swapped stories, laughed together, and left with a renewed sense of belonging. It honestly felt like we’d already won — just by having the chance to sit at that table.
“It’s easy to get caught up in metrics like headcount or turnover, but for us, the real success lies in the stories — the individuals whose lives have changed through Style Coaching™, and who now go on to help others do the same.”
A Fitting Celebration in Our 20th Anniversary Year
This nomination came at the perfect time, as 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the Style Coaching Institute®. Two decades ago, Tracey Redmond had the idea to combine personal styling with coaching and self-image psychology — creating a brand new profession that didn’t yet exist. Together, we built a business that would go on to train thousands of Certified Style Coaches™ in over 100 countries, and to see that journey recognised on a national platform has been incredibly meaningful.
“We’re proud to have pioneered a new kind of career path — one that blends style, psychology, and coaching — but we’re even prouder of the people who have embraced it and are out there using it to make a difference.”
This year, we also launched the first-ever Style Coach™ of the Year Awards — a celebration of the incredible work our graduates are doing around the world. From supporting clients through major life transitions to promoting body confidence and mental wellbeing, their impact continues to inspire us.
“In many ways, it feels especially meaningful that, in the same year we turned the spotlight on our community, that light has now come full circle — shining back on the work that Tracey and I have quietly been doing for 20 years.”
A Thank You from the Heart
To the team at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards and headline sponsor Allica Bank — thank you for creating such a meaningful space for connection and celebration. This community you’ve built is more than an awards programme — it’s a movement that empowers business owners to be seen, heard, and valued.
And to our Style Coaching™ community — our students, graduates, partners, and supporters — this moment belongs to you, too. Your trust and commitment have helped shape what Style Coaching™ has become today.
“We’ve never set out to be the biggest — our goal has always been to create meaningful, lasting change in people’s lives. To see our work recognised on a national stage is something we never take for granted.”
As we look to the future, our mission remains the same: to help people feel good about themselves — inside and out — and to support a new generation of changemakers who are doing the same in their own communities.
Here’s to the next chapter — and to doing it all with heart.
