It’s that time of year again when preparations are gearing up for our next Style Coach™ Diploma Course coming up in London this Spring. With lots to look forward to, we’re also taking the opportunity to reflect on the special memories of our last course in London, which was made particularly special by the fact that we welcomed both our youngest and our most mature Style Coaches™ into our international community. We’re big believers that style knows no age, and it’s never too early or too late to begin the career of your dreams…
On April 27th 2020, we’ll once again be welcoming a classroom of inspired women who have journeyed from around the globe to embrace an exciting new challenge and finally turn their passion for fashion into a rewarding career opportunity. As in previous years, the Style Coach™ Diploma Course will bring together professional women who believe in the power of personal appearance but who also want to make a lasting difference to the lives of others by empowering them with inner confidence, healthy body-image and positive self-esteem.
Many of the students who choose to train with us discover ‘Style Coaching™’ after initially researching careers in image consultancy or asking Google how to become a personal stylist. They might have started out with an interest in becoming a personal shopper or a colour consultant, a fashion stylist or other image professional, but when they stumble upon the uniquely holistic Style Coaching™ concept it resonates deeply with them and they realise they have found the perfect course that mirrors their values in life.
Jalline Gea, Consultoria de Estilo e Imagem, travelled from Brazil to join our London course in 2019 and has since successfully graduated with an Honours Diploma in Style Coaching™. Here’s what she told us about her experience…
“I was already working as a personal stylist before taking this training course, but nothing compares with the holistic Style Coaching™ approach and life coaching tools. Now everything has become much more interesting and meaningful. Today, I feel more confident to help and encourage my clients to live life from the best version of themselves. In addition, I am also evolving along with my clients through this wonderful method. With lots to look forward to in 2020, it seems like a great time to reflect on some of our favourite memories from our November 2019 Style Coach™ Diploma Course hosted at the Radisson Blu Hotel at London Stansted Airport. We had a beautifully diverse group of ladies joining us from the UK, Ireland, the USA, Latvia, Qatar and Dubai. However, the week was made particularly magical by having the pleasure of welcoming our youngest ever Style Coach™ student (Holly from Ireland) and also our most mature Style Coach™ student (Esme from the UK). It was wonderful proof that age is no barrier when it comes to style, and dreams have no age requirements!
Here’s what Esme told us when she first joined the course…
“I’ve had a very varied and fulfilling career including stints in fashion retail, teaching exercise and writing about health and fitness. I went to art college and have continued, on and off, with life drawing. For the past thirty years, I’ve worked in public relations but I’d now like to repurpose my skillsets, utilise my experience, reinvent myself and embark on a new direction. I’ve always loved clothes and makeup, enjoy experimenting with new looks and working with people, so Style Coaching™ seems like the perfect fit!”
We can’t wait to see what 2020 holds in store for our next group of Style Coaches™… They are as passionate as we are about revolutionising the world of image consultancy and changing how people perceive the clothes they wear!
