To be recognised on a national platform known as “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship” is a true honour. It celebrates not only the innovation, impact, and resilience of entrepreneurs across the UK but also the heart and soul behind the businesses that are changing lives. A Journey Rooted in Passion and Purpose
Our story began back in 2005 with a simple yet powerful idea. Our founder, Tracey Redmond, had a vision — one that recognised the profound connection between how people look and how they feel about themselves. She imagined a new kind of profession, one that blended the transformative power of personal styling with the emotional intelligence of coaching and the inner growth of self-image psychology. Tracey, in partnership with her daughter, Kate, pioneered and developed the concept of Style Coaching™ and, together, grew the Style Coaching Institute®. From our small beginnings, we’ve now trained thousands of Certified Style Coaches™ across more than 100 countries — empowering individuals to build meaningful businesses that uplift, inspire, and transform. But our mission has always gone beyond fashion. At its core, Style Coaching™ is about helping people feel seen, confident, and truly themselves.
Recognition on the Global Stage
Being shortlisted in the Global Entrepreneur of the Year category is especially meaningful to us because our work has always transcended borders. With live courses delivered over the years in Dublin, London, Australia, New Zealand, Milan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the UAE, and our online diploma taught in English, Italian and Arabic, we’re proud to have created a global movement that cultivates authenticity, body confidence, and holistic wellbeing. Our innovative eLearning model, unwavering graduate support, and vibrant international community have made Style Coaching™ more than a career path — it’s a force for positive change.
A Milestone Year
This nomination is a fitting and meaningful way to mark our 20th anniversary — a milestone that celebrates two decades of transformation, empowerment, and global community.To honour the incredible impact of our graduates, we launched the inaugural Style Coach™ of the Year Awards in 2025. Created to spotlight the powerful work being done by Certified Style Coaches™ across the world, the awards recognise individuals who are using their training to change lives — helping others through major life transitions, championing authenticity, promoting body confidence, and redefining what it means to feel good in your own skin. This initiative has been a heartfelt celebration of the evolution of Style Coaching™, and of the people who continue to shape its future. It has brought our community even closer, giving our graduates a platform to share their stories of growth, purpose, and impact.In many ways, it feels especially meaningful that, in the same year we turned the spotlight on our community, that light has now come full circle — shining back on the work that we have devoted our lives to. Being recognised as finalists in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards is an honour we don’t take for granted, and we share it with every person who has believed in our vision and helped bring it to life.
